Spacelab Architecture have done a small renovation project for an modern minimalist apartment consisting of two bedrooms on the sixth floor of a building on the edge of Athens, Greece. The original plan sought to create a rather roomy interior space with an open interior design solutions. This is by destroying the kitchen wall so as to create a unified space between the living room, dining room and kitchen so that the interior space to appear spacious. The main element that dominates the interior open space is furnished living room fireplace with the built in tv-behind the mirrored screen and the open kitchen with the custom made yellow corian hood.
Elements of interior design using wood made from old oak wood veneer combined with dark gray color and color contrast of the dominant yellow, green and blue. The results of the renovation design to the interior apartments into a modern minimalist style.
